Our returns policy is simple...
In the unlikely event an order has been received faulty beyond repair, we will gladly honour our customers will a full refund. However, we wish for you to choose wisely as we do not issue refunds on orders due to change of mind.
Please ensure Item/s are returned in their original condition with all tags, hygiene seals and packaging in place. This must be done within 7 WORKING DAYS calculated from date of purchase.
If the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

We strongly recommend the use of a trustworthy, registered postal service for all returns with tracking details recorded.
Shipping costs incurred on all returns are at your own expense. Any shipping costs involving your replacement however, will be covered by James and West.
